Hi! Yesterday I was charged 2,350.00 pesos by WPS OFFICE LITE. I wasn't aware of having any subscription. I may have unintentionally activated a free trial without realizing it would result in an automatic deduction from my GCash account. I did not intend to subscribe or authorize this transaction. I kindly request a refund of the amount that was charged. Thank you!

I pay yearly for annual subscription. I used to convert word to PDF and image to Pdf, merge documents effortlessly in the past two years. But recently I can't convert from image to Pdf. it takes so much time. I noticed I cannot use the app in all my devices as it used to be before. There is a long waiting time for documents to upload.- This is still the position. These are the screenshots.

this app was my go to app whenever i needed to create and quick edit files on my phone. while i understand the recent developments on ai and the wonderful features you added as a product offer, the very reason i chose you over other apps has gone now - it's really impossible to just create and save a little basic word doc with few images (I tried three times) without needing to subscribe to your plans. uninstalling it now, wish you the best though.
