I've been using Temu for a while, and I have mixed feelings. The good: the products are good, the prices are great, and there are lots of bargains. The bad: the app is incredibly irritating to open. Every single time I log in, it starts spinning, showing discount after discount, rewards, games, and endless promotions. It takes far too long just to get into the app. Sometimes it takes nearly 10 minutes before I can actually start shopping.

This app misleads users with ridiculous offers. Absolutely terrible! You don’t get what you thought you were paying for. The offer showed a watch at a very cheap price, but only after making the payment and checking the details again did I notice that it actually said “strap” only. This is extremely misleading and confusing for customers. The product and offer should be clearly stated before payment, not hidden in small details.

Good range of products. Fairly good shipping. Prices fluctuate a lot. Nothing labelled as free or discounted truly is, just a gimmick to get your attention. Been using for months but never got any of their promoted free stuff. No way to contact the sellers. Too many damn irritating, useless, time and data wasting popups and 'spin the wheel'. Lots of room for improvement.
