Facebook remains one of the most comprehensive social-media platforms. It combines news feeds, groups, Marketplace, events, video content, communities, and messaging in one place. Its biggest advantage is the enormous amount of content and the number of people using it. However, the interface can sometimes feel crowded, and the algorithm can make the feed less predictable. Despite that, Facebook is still extremely useful for keeping up with friends, communities, businesses, and local activities.

Worst customer support I've ever experienced. I pay for verified to receive enhanced support. However, after their system returned an error twice, I've been timed out of asking for enhanced support, even though I never spoke to anyone. The initial problem was that my business profile was suspended from recommendation erroneously by their horrible automated AI moderating. no idea what it saw, but even Meta told me it was an error. still no resolution. been a week so far.

For an app that's supposed to keep you in the loop with friends and family, it does a really bad job at it. 90% of my feed is ad and suggested content. If I scroll through 20 posts, only a handful are from my friends. I don't even see half the content they post. Not to mention the notifications are useless. Why am I getting a notification about a post made 3-4 DAYS ago?? I have a few dozen friends that I'd like to keep up to date with, but this app makes that almost impossible. Waste of time.
