The customer service is slow and inefficient. I am having trouble purchasing a ticket due to some issue with the app. My payment has been cancelled multiple times and they don't give me an answer about the problem. My bank assured me the problem is with the merchant and not the card. However after I got a generic answer from them and tried applying the solution offered the issue only got worse.

DON’T PURCHASE TICKETS. Customer service is terrible. The AI bot drags things out, and IF you reach a person, they aren’t helpful. I accidentally bought Dec 17 tickets instead of Sept 27. I contacted them immediately after. Same event, same price, both events weeks away. They refused to change the date, when I asked for a refund so I could repurchase tickets, they told me all sales were final and offered a voucher for less than what I paid.

Watch your checkout on any Fever event carefully. Their booking system slips extras into your cart if you aren't paying close attention. I went three rounds with their AI support trying to get it corrected, and the human they finally assigned was even less helpful. It was never fixed and I eventually gave up, which I guess was their intent. I'm sure their AI bot is going to respond telling me to contact their customer service (good luck with that) or that they hope to see me again...
