Omggg this is one of the BEST apps for vintage photography out there, the amount of film variety is insane! Would yall consider a lifetime purchase tho please? Bc some of us can't afford a monthly/yearly fee so I was quite bummed to see that there wasn't a lifetime option.. or you could sell the films separately maybe bc like I said there's an insane variety of them so it'd just make more sense if we'd be able to choose to buy manually imo!

I purchased a one-year subscription, but just a few minutes later the app crashed and I lost access to all the Pro films. Restore Purchase, restarting the app, reinstalling it, and every other troubleshooting method I tried did not help. The only way to contact customer support appears to be through WeChat using a QR code, which makes it extremely difficult to get any assistance. This is very disappointing, especially after paying for a full year. I have no idea what I am supposed to do now.

I've just installed this and it appears to be really good. Then I discovered the cost of adding an extra film - £30, and then presumably £30 plus inflation for the next year too, but generously I then also appear to have access to all the films. Oh, or I could pay £85 for a perpetual licence which is no guarantee of lasting forever. Talk about attempting to gouge the market. I'll happily pay £85 for something that appears decent value, but this most certainly isn't. The developers are deluded.
