For me, these apps are quite useful and work well in terms of payment, control and user-friendly. It's just the device itself that has problems, especially the 4G (Solar) type CCTV, as an installer, what can I say, out of the 20 units I installed, there were 10 units that had problems after installation, always offline by itself, customers had to manually turn off then on/off switch even though the subscription had not expired. For me, it's quite disappointing, imagine if we are not at home.

It's taken ages to get it working, it just wouldn't connect. I've contacted them numerous times but no one ever got back to me. I've finally got it working, but it's showing a white screen! Really fed up with it! Finally found out that I needed to remove the flicker rate that was automatically set, then the white screen disappeared and I got a picture..... The problem now is that it doesn't give me a video of events, only a snapshot! No notifications either! Useless!! Don't waste your money!

It's good but the playback doesn't work. it's always loading and I can't watch any replays from previous days. it also records every, single, movement and it's kind of annoying tbh. I hope they fix the playback and recording system of the device. I also hope that it doesn't log out a lot. It logs my phone out every 2 days and it's frustrating. I hope they fix this.
