I first downloaded this in around 2016 when it was the hype etc, then uninstalled it. I installed it again in 2026 just for fun. But sorry I uninstalled it again cause it was kinda hard to play casually. Also, it is also annoying with the limited storage for pokemon and items. Limited as in I just cleared it, but it becomes full quickly, even on the same day. Yes, I understand that we have to discard etc but doing one by one is annoying. Just give more free storage.

It's come a loooooong way since it's glitchy & limited 1st gen days, but there's still a lot more work to be done. PVP needs a balancing overhaul, prices have almost doubled on everything, and it seems like the pokemon have become harder to catch. Part of me only continues to play because of all the time & money I've dumped into this game over the years, but at least it's an extra way for me and my girlfriend to bond. That, and it DOES still encourage outdoor exercise, despite how greedy it is.

As immersive as you allow it to be. The framework of the game is very outdated, but it gets the job done. Still a lot to be desired (better achievement system would be a great start), but I'm afraid a new game would have to be created to get a much better experience. Addictive, gets you out, gets you walking/running, and there are people playing it almost everywhere if you want to socialize. Amazing game.
