The process to set up my account was pretty easy and connecting my bank. I love receiving the notifications so I can track payments received and the low processing fee. However, I would like for them to allow more fields to obtain additional information from customers like a note section, phone number, and a field for additional information. I had a couple of tickets purchased on behalf of others but nowhere to put their name.

Seriously, I don't understand why so many negative review. A lot of them doesn't even read the app descriptions. The name itself is "Stripe Dashboard". It's a dashboard guys. If you need other features just access them on the Web. For me personally, everything works fine. The only thing that can make me happier is lower transaction fee & reduce payout time. I already signed up for other payment processor that offer lower fee & payout time. But I'm just too lazy to migrate right now 🤣

It is a real disappointment and most useless platform i ever met. 2 of my genuine repeat customer, trying to pay us for the goods. But Stipe keep blocked them due to 'HIGH RISK'as per their so called radar detected. Wats the point using this if all customer they class as high risk. Wasting time platform. M dropping it immediate also there is a tested funds transaction from my own card till today pass 5 days still on hold( not available ) and not appear in account balance. Wat a JOKE !!
