There's a setting on the app to loop the video once the storage on the SD card is full (and yes, the setting is on)... But that doesn't work. Everytime the SD card is full on my camera, a blue screen pops up and says the SD card is full. Then I have to connect to the camera with my phone to format the SD card so it will continue recording. It's very inconvenient, if it's not fixed soon, I'll be buying a different dashcam.

Had to download because my dashcam told me it pairs with this app. Paid a subscription for creating AI videos, can apparently only make 5 per day which is not an issue, the issue is they never create, get to 99% and just stay there. Rubbish

They've made this app insanely inconvenient to use unless you purchase their subscription. I used it for about a year and it was great. I recently witnessed a serious collision, only to find out the camera wasn't recording. Something has changed with the app and now you have to manually open the app for it to begin recording. Safe to say I'll be discarding this product.

Hello, if your dashcam isn't recording, it's usually a problem with the dashcam itself or the memory card. We suggest you contact your device seller through the channel where you purchased it.
