"Subject: Issue with 'System is busy' error in your app. Dear Developer, I am using your app for 15 days and constantly getting an error that says 'System is busy, please try again.' I have already deleted and reinstalled the app and checked my internet connection, but the issue persists. Please help me resolve this. Thanks.

Worst Experience My Botim app has not been working. Every time I open it, it only shows "system is busy, please try again later" I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, updated it to the latest version, but the same issue continues. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. An app that claims to Connect beyond borders cannot even connect to its own system. I'm unable to contact my family bcz of this poor service. Fix your server immediately or stop wasting users time.🚫

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with Botim Money. When I registered using my mobile number, I discovered that it was already linked to someone else's Botim account. There was no option in the app to update the profile or verify the account with my own Emirates ID. I contacted the chat support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I also called the customer support helpline several times. Each time, I was kept waiting for around 3 minute
